Panel Participants: Grant Solik, American Portfolio Mortgage and speaking on behalf of Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA); Shelly Starr, Supreme Lending; Jim Thelen, Lake Michigan Credit Union; Nicole Wing, ATA National Title; and we will have a representative from Down Payment Assistance (DPR).

Description: Industry experts share the latest lending updates of today's real estate landscape.

Expect to hear about market shifts, assumable mortgages, down payments and beyond.

This session is your compass for understanding the financial intricacies of the 2024 housing market.

Continuing Education:

2 hours of real estate election continuing eduction (C133435)

Continuing education is regulated by the State of Michigan, and it is important for licensed agents to comply with the law.

Delivery Structure: virtual and in-person (Hybrid)

Virtual Class Procedures:
Arrive on time for class. Participants joining 10 minutes after the start time will not receive credit. Please stay on for the duration of the class and participate in all poll questions. This is mandatory for credited continuing education courses. Driving during a virtual class is prohibited.
