Download iCal DescriptionLocation The Michigan Graduate, Realtor® Institute II (GRI II) course provides comprehensive coverage of the topics required for prospective Michigan GRI Certification as well as Michigan Broker prelicensing education. GRI II - In Classroom - $350* If only taking GRI II at this time, you have to pay for the materials which is a $55 additional cost (total $405). The content meets the 30-hour prelicensing curriculum requirements as set forth by the State of Michigan, including three hours on civil rights and fair housing. The course covers topic areas such as business considerations, broker compensation and commissions, civil litigation, effective communication and property management.
